Rasmussen started the sport at the age of 42, and she knows what it takes to realize the dream of being a champion at any age. Her method and style of training incorporates both online coaching and working directly with clients - in the pool, running trails, or giving athletes the confidence to road bike for the first time. She loves sharing the sport and continues to compete in her age group today.
